This Friday The Bowery Poetry Club hosts an all-star group of poets for the release of the new book Bowery Women: Poems.
Expect an eclectic crowd and lively fast moving readings. There's no
cover and drinks are two-for-one. So if an appreciation for poetry is
something you left behind in college (along with two dozen tea light
candles, a half pack of cloves, and your virgintiy) this might be a
good time to rediscover it.
