The annual Aussie rules football Anzac day party is one of those unmissable New York events. Always an incredible time, thanks in large part to the fact that it seems every Australian in the city seems to find their way there and Aussies, almost as a rule, seem to live up to their positive stereo type. They're laid back, genuine, unpretentious, and a good time to party with. Add to that an outside mid day open bar, BBQ, and some live music, and you've got a really profoundly good time.
