What's next for this space?

The Spinning Wheel has been gone for years. More recently it was called Dillon's (same owners as when it was the Spinning Wheel), but Dillon's closed too. Last I checked the space was idle. Does anyone know if another pub is set to open here?

Alas, Tupelo

Tupelo has been gone for years. The space is now taken by a Bravo Supermarket. Tupelo moved to 24-01 29th Street, and is called the Queens Sparrow.
