This fresh spin on the speakeasy aims to keep young professionals in midtown long after the workday has ended.

Lackluster at its finest...
$8 beers / $15 cocktails. Volstead has a nice front but inside is drab with a lackluster atmosphere and rude staff. Unfortunately, Volstead tries too hard to be trendy and ends up lame. Target clientele was supposed to be younger but misses the mark, in this and in so many other ways. The problem is there are too many other good places to go that truly are fun that Volstead is just a pail imitation of its better neighbors.
