Tip Top Bar is the find
This is the find, the sort of place you hope to find in your new neighbourhood, wanting that no-stress non-hipster cool even-temper place where the drinks are cheap and the mood as authentic as it gets --and the owners real sweet human beings. In some other life, say the beatnik period, this would have been the place for droves of writers, poets and all sorts of creative soul searchers to come pour forth the gory and awe that was their obsession.
