Gazing up at the 20,00 bottle tower of wine in the center of Le Cirque's new wine bar you might find yourself reminded of the Tower of Babel which is oddly appropriate given the linquistic gallimaufry that the weak dollar has created at what is one of Manhattan's priciest restaurants.
