Haven for pickpockets
Clientele here is hard up and if you're not careful you wallet/purse will be relieved from you. Clientele too drunk to be good pickpockets. The bar owner fronts his own Salsa band there and his tickling of the ivories leaves much to be desired. Owner knows that riff-raff is casing the joint for pickpocketing opportunities but does nothing about it
