the best bar downtownbut there are somay
This little pub on New steet is opened late, and does not have the usual Wall Street crowd -- not saying they are not there, but the crowd is very nice, great price and even White Castle burger (the only food I bring my on lunch)

My friend Stan and I were at B4 after work for happy hour, and we both liked it a lot. Nice crowd (a little of everything), good music, attentive bartenders, light snacks and charming interior - not too dark, not too bright - just right. We'll definitely go back.
