Calling a bar a frat bar implies at least a partial college education. Failing such ready nomenclature this is a Drink too much, puke in the toilet, tip the bathroom attendant the change in your pocket, go back to the bar, sweat profusely, wait forever for a drink, get in a screaming match with your girlfriend and call her a slut, then cry on her shoulder on the cab ride back to Penn Station kind of place.
It's also great for parties and fund-raisers.

A bar for those who pursue a more refined and sophisticated variety of drunken student buffoonery than Down the Hatch or Senor Swankey's can provide.

A comfortable low key bar on an off night metamorphoses into the 10th circle of B&T hell as the weekend approaches, but where else can you find Judas, Brutus, and Cassius all out for a few pints and a bit of skirt.
