New renovations at this 44 seat lounge and bar have spruced things up at the Fitzpatrick Hotel. It's now a perfectly sufficient place to have a nightcap before returning to your room. |

Named for Oscar Wilde the decor of this midtown gay bar leans more heavily toward the 1980's than 1880's. No matter a friendly vibe and an outdoor patio space make OW an oasis in East 50's. |

Gazing up at the 20,00 bottle tower of wine in the center of Le Cirque's new wine bar you might find yourself reminded of the Tower of Babel which is oddly appropriate given the linquistic gallimaufry that the weak dollar has created at what is one of Manhattan's priciest restaurants. |

Every weekend these three floors of utterly bland and unremarkable décor fill with humanity to match. As the owners of these countless collared shirts and water bras attempt to mask their own banality with endless rounds of Apple Pucker and Jack and Coke, neighborhood clinics ready themselves for the deluge to come. If that's your cup of tea may we also recommend Turtle Bay, Naked Lunch, and Depo-Provera. |

Efficient Irish bar keeps, absurdly cheap and tasty food, and $4 for 22oz beers draws everyone from day laborers to traders to this half deli half dive bar. |

Depending on your perspective either a solid Irish bar and restaurant becomes a Karaoke wasteland Thursday through Saturday, or an otherwise boring Second Avenue mcIrish bar becomes an Abbatastic paradise. |

Comfort food and cheap beer remain a winning recipe at all the locations of Brother Jimmy's. The locations are so similar if you drink enough of their infamous Swamp Water you just might forget which one you're at. |

Come here to watch rugby, or soccer, or Australian rule football, or maybe even an Irish breakfast, otherwise it's best not to come here at all. |

As one of the few dive bars in an area ruthlessly homogenized by after work crowds this benign bar almost feels edgey in comparison. You can get a bucket of 5 Sam Adams for $15 and pount of wings for $10 and there are 22 TVs to catch the game on. |
