A Black Label and a shot of Evan Williams for $4 ensures that the Levee never runs dry. Add a Harley Davidson pinball machine at 3 games for $1 and you've got somebody's idea of heaven. |

The kitchen is inconsistent, the décor is devoid of personality, and the crowd tends toward shout-talking, but on Tuesday nights they give away free beer from 8:30-10pm, sure it's only PBR cans, but it's FREE BEER. |

A young and heavy drinking crowd of loyal regulars show up for free nightly live music in one room and a vibrant bar scene in the other. And if the bands in between sets there's always table top Pac Man and a working old style photo booth. |

Loud and raucous, the student crowd here's the same as the other big frat bars on this block, but at least Jake's has a backroom that's free of TVs, so you can try and score digits without the sickly plasma palor. |

This NYC outpost of the Vegas Double Down has a long wooden bar and a pool table in back. The wall is emblazed with a disclaimer: You puke. You clean it. It might seem odd until you realize they serve a Bacon Martini (made with real bacon) and a shot called Ass Juice made from undisclosed ingrediants. |

A male to female ratio few straight bars can rival. This is a bar for men. Men who like pool and darts and TV and top 80's and 90's top 40. |

Grungy low key atmosphere + second furniture + back garden + pool table + live jazz - hipsters = A solid neighborhood bar. |

Horseshoe shaped bar where the beer is cheap and the rock is loud and hard. |

This is the Windsor Terrace neighborhood bar and what a bar it is. The space is comfortable. The jukebox is killer. The happy hour is long. And every broke indie kid in the hood comes here to be reminded of how lucky they were to be priced out of North Slope. |
