For 30 years (1931-1961) El Morocco was a fixture of NYC nightlife. The club didn't just have a velvet rope they literally invented the velvet rope. And although the new ElMo shares lineage in name only and may not burn as bright, to say it's wasn't hot would be an errore. On Saturday nights ElMo is The Latin Party in the city. And there few places hotter outside of Casablanca. |
