This basement bar and prototypicaly cool jazz spot has been a Greenwich Village fixture for years. Stong talent and reasonable covers ensure it'll continue to be.

In Williamsburg where what passes for Bohemia tends to be deintellectualized, unsubstantive and culturally barren, a night spent in Zebulon can be almost disorienting. Patrons emerge at the end of the night as if from a darkened theatre where they've been transported by some strange fiction to a world bereft of pop culture references or tedious irony.

Zablowski’s is the homestead of the older Williamsburg scene, a neighborhood bar in a neighborhood full of bars. Sexy lighting and lots of wood create a warm, welcoming vibe which fills the large space and draws you in. The cheap pints keep you there.
