A study of 293 women at SUNY Albany has uncovered a surprisingly high correlation between condom use and depression (as measured by the Beck Depression Inventory). Gordon Gallup, the psychologist who led the study concluded after isolating for all other factors that mood altering hormones contained in semen have a strong anti-depressant effect. Expect a new pill form to be available next year.

Eliza, named after Eliza Doolitle from George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion, is an old school bot, written in 1987 by Josephy Weizenbaum. Eliza works like a psychoanylst - asking a lot of questions, repeating your answers back to you, and occassionally asking if there are connections between things you said ealier and things you are saying now. Sometimes this works really well, other times not so well at all. However, some very funny results can occur when you plug Eliza into a AOL Instant Messenger.
