TechnicalVirgin.Com is a site with a message. Like its sister site the ulta-cool NotMeNotNow.com, TV is devoted to teaching teens the importance of waiting til marriage. The difference is that TV offers progressive alternatives to help teens remain virgins until marriage.....well at least technical virgins.
