Set your books free
Bookcrossing.com is one of those rare sites which makes truly realizes the potential of the internet. The idea is simple. Take a book you own. Go to BookCrossing.com and get a unique ID for it. Write a note and the ID on the inside cover and then just leave the book somewhere public. Someone will find it, read it, go to the website and leave a note about it, and then they too will leave it somewhere public. Essentially you introduce your book into the wild with a tracking device. Then you follow it until it falls apart or some prick keeps it (which seems to rarely happen). With almost a million books in the wild and counting your odds of finding a bookcrossing book are getting higher everyday.Go to the site

of those sites are gone.
