- Don't block the entrance; if you're there for takeout, turn right and grab a number.
- If you're there for a table, a line should have already formed stretching from the back, alongside the cake-refrigerators on the right; simply ask people if they are waiting for a table to find the end of the line.

Veniero's is THE New York pasticceria. It gets nuts, absolutely nuts in prime hours, and personally I can't stand the accoustics and flourescent lights, but there's a good reason this place has been around as long as it has. The service is snappy, the selection is almost overwhelming, and the quality top notch.
